Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Management Analyst, Senior

Functional Description:
Education: Requires MS or MA degree from accredited college or university in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of programs and performs all functional duties independently. Overseeing the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Experience requirement must be fulfilled through experience in coordinating and analyzing technical requirements related to inventory and GFE.

Functional Description:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations on the MH-60R, MH-60S and production GFE efforts.
- Collect and coordinate and analyze technical requirements that will be used in the preparation of documentation for the acquisition and procurement of GFE, ancillary equipment, and peculiar ground support equipment.
- Inventory and monitor all GFE deliveries and equipment.
- Supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Education: Requires MS or MA degree from accredited college or university in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: BS or BA degree, a PMI certification with an additional two (2) years of recent/relevant experience in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management (total of 12 years of experience),
- BS or BA degree with an additional four (4) years of recent/relevant experience (total 14 years of experience),
- AS or AA degree with an additional ten (10) years of recent/relevant experience (total 20 years of experience), or
- High School Diploma and an additional four (4) years of recent/relevant experience (total 24 years of experience)
