Education: MA/MS or Allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description
Experience: More than ten years of experience.
Desired Experience: Demonstrated understanding of DMSMS management (Highly Desirable) and Navy/DoD supply chain systems knowledge & experience.
Functional Description:
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Track program/project status and schedules
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
- Provide assistance to APML with DMSMS management, including coordination of the Triton DMSMS management team and DMSMS program.
- Provide assistance to APML with the management of alternative supply chain solutions to mitigate urgent Fleet degraders.
- Research parts using One Touch System (OTS), WebFLIS, Federal Logistics (FedLog), and NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for inventory tracking
