Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college plus 4 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Master’s
Experience: At least ten (10) years’ FTE experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
Position Description: This position will develop solutions to logistics planning and execution issues in support of the government. Uses knowledge of all facets of aviation logistics at a significant and noteworthy level to adeptly analyze challenging and vexing logistics problems and recommend insightful and innovative solutions. Takes creative approaches to all manners of logistics planning and execution issues and provides the customer with far-reaching recommendations that will advance the state of the art. Addresses the most demanding challenges within the field, including technology insertion to streamline logistics processes, fosters system-wide efficiencies, and develops system concepts to reduce the customer’s total ownership costs. Works effectively on specific, individual weapons system issues as well as system-wide projects.
Additional required experience: Experience in aviation weapons systems maintenance planning and logistics management.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
