Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman

Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR.

Functional Description:
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. 

  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 

  • Tracks program/project status and schedules. 

  • ​​​​​​​Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • Manage L1 IPTL calendars to ensure supportability with all L1s and appropriate team members

  • Coordination and solicitation of team inputs for data calls (i.e. Weekly Accomplishment Report (WAR)/Talking Points/briefs)

  • Support and coordination of Program Management Reviews and Platform HUDs to include planning, preparations, participation, follow up actions

  • Initiation, solicitation of inputs and drafting of Civilian award nominations, Letters of Appreciation, and other recognitions

  • Single point of consolidation, reviewing for accuracy and processing of documents requiring L1 IPTL review/signature

  • Assisting Communications Team with Public Release requests (coordination with appropriate IPTs)

  • Analysis of data in digital tools such as Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT) analysis and summary to L1 IPTLs weekly

  • Prepare/participate in monthly Acquisition Oversight Council and Reliability Control Boards

  • Coordinate with Functional Teams, as necessary, to ensure holistic review of responses

  • Track deliverables, major events/milestones, meetings, briefings, and develop plans to ensure products are prepared, information is communicated, and both L1 and L2 IPTs/Ops are working in a coordinated and cohesive manner

  • Work with Operations team members across the IPTs and Functional Teams to ensure awareness and engagement of tasks and activities that impact one or more teams

  • Prepare briefs, point papers, and other documentation as required

  • Develop and maintain list of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual priorities/events

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
