Education: MA/MS degree from an accredited college or university
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college plus 2 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Master's degree.
Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.
Position Description: A dynamic and analytical Aviation Program Manager with comprehensive experience in program support (F-16 a plus), contractor oversight, and maintenance logistics. Expert in contract management, analyzing manpower and readiness data to provide senior leadership with actionable insights that directly enhance operational availability. Proven ability to foster collaboration between government and contractor teams to achieve strategic goals within the Naval Sustainment System framework.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
