Program Analyst - F-16/AMS Program Scheduler

Education:  BA/BS/MA/MS degree from an accredited college or university
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION FOR SENIOR: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college plus 2 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Master's degree. Must have MS Project / Project Pro and OnePager / OnePager Pro experience.
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION FOR JOURNEYMAN: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Or, four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Must have MS Project / Project Pro and OnePager / OnePager Pro experience.
Experience:  
  • Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.
  • Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired experience of 5 years supporting NAVAIR and/or the NAE.
Functional Description: 
  • Coordinate system schedule requirements and integrated schedule updates.
  • Understand, outline, and align top level plans for major development and procurement efforts.
  • Maintains and develops Microsoft Project / Project Pro based schedules in support of program requirements.
  • Develops weekly and monthly outputs required by Team leads using OnePager / OnePager Pro.
  • Communicate with the team either in-person or through virtual tools ( e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
  • Assist in developing roadmaps for adversary systems and creating long-term roadmaps for future aircraft transfers.
This position will specifically be the Program Scheduler supporting adversary aircraft (F-16) and Adversary Mission Systems for the PMA.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$120,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
