Experience:
Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.
Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired experience of 5 years supporting NAVAIR and/or the NAE.
Functional Description:
Coordinate system schedule requirements and integrated schedule updates.
Understand, outline, and align top level plans for major development and procurement efforts.
Maintains and develops Microsoft Project / Project Pro based schedules in support of program requirements.
Develops weekly and monthly outputs required by Team leads using OnePager / OnePager Pro.
Communicate with the team either in-person or through virtual tools ( e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Assist in developing roadmaps for adversary systems and creating long-term roadmaps for future aircraft transfers.
This position will specifically be the Program Scheduler supporting adversary aircraft (F-16) and Adversary Mission Systems for the PMA.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$120,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
