Program Analyst F/A-18 EO/IR

Experience Required: 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description

Position Description: 
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. 
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 
  • Analyze contractor integration efforts to ensure alignment with the program roadmap and Fleet fielding schedules.
  • Generate and maintain program schedules, tracking for accuracy and cross-program impacts.
  • Support IPT Leads by tracking financials and expenditures, providing cost estimates and status updates.
  • Provide technical input for developing contract requirements and assist in technical reviews of contractor proposals and deliverables.
  • Monitor contractor performance against contract requirements, identify integration risks, and support corrective actions.
  • Assist in the execution of contract modifications for system integration activities.
  • Work with the Contracting Officer to ensure contracts include clear metrics that encourage collaboration and successful integration.
  • Support the overall configuration management (CM) process, including managing the change control board (CCB) and conducting audits.
  • Assist the logistics team with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development and process routing.
  • Help maintain the centralized configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure system integrity.



Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
