Clearance Required: Active Secret 

Education: Minimum BA/BS degree plus 3 to 10 years of experience (Journey). MA/MS with over 10 years of experience (Senior).

Required Experience:

• Strong PID, Contracts, PMT experience.  Ability to write a PID package, not just PID, all the pieces of the package.  In order to have the ability to write a PID should understand the sections of a contracts and what goes in those sections. (this is #1 priority)
• Acquisition documentation experience.  PSTRAP/ISTRAP, J&As, MOPAS, QASP, Acquisition Strategies, etc. RDAIS, SOW, funding documents, CDRLs. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.  Prepare and maintain documentation utilizing the AMS Suite of Tools (CSPT, CDRL and PMT).
• CSPT/Financial.  Ability to perform inputs into CSPT tool.  Understand appropriations, ability to create WAAs, and funding request for both contract activities as well as field activities.
• Proficient with MS Teams and NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools.

Desired Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of ASN (Research, Development & Acquisition) Information Systems (RDAIS).
• Understanding of Cost Pillar Initiatives.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on education, experience and contractual requirements.
