Experience Required: At least three (3) to ten (10) years’ FTE experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering. Three (3) years’ experience in technical analysis of operational IPS requirements. Proven track record developing Canvas Power Apps and utilizing Power Automate for complex, standard-tier workflows. Experience balancing non-premium app structures with targeted AI features (using AI Builder or standard API integrations where applicable). Proven track record of developing cost-effective solutions using standard (non-premium) connectors, specifically utilizing SharePoint Lists, Excel Online, and Office 365 Groups as backend data sources. Experience migrating complex Excel workbooks into structured SharePoint Lists mapped to Canvas Power Apps. Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or integrating Cognitive Services into apps.

Provides support to Senior Logistics Manager and correspondingly to the Program Office APML/Deputies and LEMs across the full spectrum of IPS elements.
Support SMEs for respective organizations, including Individual Material Readiness List, SE, Propulsion and Power, Technical Data, etc.
Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
Power Platform & AI Specialist to modernize legacy Excel tools, infuse existing applications with Artificial Intelligence, and architect automated data workflows.
Use of Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or integrating Cognitive Services into apps.
A primary focus on designing highly efficient, non-premium Power Apps that maximize our current M365 licensing (utilizing SharePoint Online and standard connectors) while selectively applying AI capabilities where they deliver the highest value."
Design, develop, and maintain non-premium Canvas Power Apps using standard data sources (such as SharePoint Lists and Excel Online) to minimize licensing overhead. - Lead the transition of manual, Excel-based tracking tools into relational structures using SharePoint Lists and standard Power App interfaces. - Audit and upgrade existing standard Power Apps with targeted AI capabilities. - Build standard Power Automate workflows to route data and notifications to various internal communities.
Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
