The incumbent supports program acquisition activities including documentation development, initiation and routing. Supports Procurement Initiation Document (PID) development and deployment via Procurement Management Tool (PMT), Acquisition Plans (APs) development, and Statement of Work (SOW) routing. Draft and route Procurement Planning Agreements (PPAs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Successful candidates are multi-taskers with great organizational and communication skills.
