Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Candidate also must have a minimum one (1) year experience encompassing the following security disciplines:

Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
Public Release process (SPRs)
Reviewing Statements of Work (SOW)
Data Item Descriptions (DiDs), Electronic spillages,
Operational Security Plans (OPSEC),
Program Protection Plans (PPP),
Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIPs).
Candidate should possess the ability to review, and suggest recommendations to the requestors/submitters before routing for signature.
Although not immediate requirements, the candidate will be required to complete training for obtaining JPAS access and applying for a SIPRNet account within a few months of starting.
Desired Experience: 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR.
Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Possess a strong working knowledge of the NISPOM and other required OPNAVINST and DoD instructions.
