Clearance Required: SECRET 

Education: MA/MS in a Business-Related Discipline.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience performing the duties listed in the functional description of the labor category.

Desired Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Defense Acquisition, 3 of which supporting Navy Acquisition management. Experience with Program Related Logistics (PRL) /Cost Readiness Impact Model (CRIM) databases.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the valuation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
