Clearance Required: SECRET 

Education: MA/MS degree.

Experience: Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 5 of those years overseeing contractor execution of the contract requirements and managing acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

Desired Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing a large (>15) cross-functional team and overseeing contractor or program execution supporting NAVAIR.

Functional Description: Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
