Required Education: Min - BA/BS degree.
Desired Experience: 1 year of experience supporting DoD knowledge of Navy-ERP (NERP).
Functional Description: Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Reconciles financial data and provide financial analyst support. Tracks project funding and updates project obligation plans and audit accounts. Monitors contract execution (funding obligations and expenditures) tasks, showing burn rates and projections, and support the preparation of draft documentation in support of project planning. Assists with preparation and maintenance of current master execution spend plans for prior years, execution year, and future years including reporting of Other Customer Funds (OCF). Inputs, tracks, and reconciles Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and Procurement Requests (PRs) from planning through final expenditure. Maintains and updates financial databases and spreadsheets to support project requirements. Includes include data entry, problem resolution, and use of data analysis tools including graphs, pivot charts, macros, and custom reports. Assists with project level financial products whose uses include inputs to the development of the Optimization Performance Model (OPOM) data and the President, Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Financial Management & Budget (FMB) budget exhibits.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $70,000-$105,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
