Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 1 of those years demonstrating experience with program milestone related documentation and program acquisition reports.
Desired Experience: At least ten (5) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management;
Functional Description: Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation and assist with program reporting in Acquisition Program Health Monitoring Tools to ensure compliance with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework. Supports the development of program acquisition reports, such as the Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), RDA Information System (RDAIS) reports, and Procurement Management Tool (PMT). Supports the development of documentation such as AP, APB, AS, PID, SOW, CDRLs IAW applicable statutes, regulations, and instructions. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Develop, prepare, and provide feedback on briefs, point papers, and reports. Support, analyze, and provide input for meetings, conferences, and review boards.
