Education: MA/MS degree

Experience: Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. At least eight (8) years of financial management experience, six (6) of which must be within FMS is required. Navy ERP knowledge is required.

Desired Experience: Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and Navy regulation as set forth in the SAMM, DoD 5105.38-M) and the FMR, DoD 7000.14R is desired. Financial management experience to include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and Department of the Navy (DoN) procurement policies and procedures experience is desired.

Functional Description: Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Provides FMS financial management support from implementation to case closure.
