Education: MA/MS degree

Experience: over ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: At least three (3) years of knowledge and experience of budget, planning and executing out of the following financial systems: N-ERP, CSPT, and PBIS; Knowledge and expertise in the PPBE process.

Functional Description: Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports.
